Dear Friends:

For the past several years since you honored me with a second term, we focused on the important work of governing Collin County. Now, however, is the time to raise funds for the 2014 campaign season, and I’m pleased to announce that JR and Keresa Richardson will be opening their beautiful McKinney home for a June 20th reception and campaign kick-off. The Honorary Host Committee includes Senator Ken Paxton and Representatives Jodie Laubenberg, Jeff Leach, Scott Sanford, Van Taylor, and Scott Turner.

As our nation seems to move down a perilous financial path, it is critical that Texas remains a bulwark against reckless and irresponsible fiscal policies. Working with my colleagues on the Commissioners Court, I will continue to promote long term, responsible leadership to keep our county strong. As Collin County continues to grow, our fiscal responsibility will become increasingly important to Texas as a whole.

Your generous contribution will support these proven policies, and I would be honored if you would consider serving on the host committee by contributing $2,500, $1,000, $500, $250 or $125 per couple.

Individual tickets to the 6:15 general reception are available for $40 per person. I hope you will join us on June 20th as we get ready for another rousing primary in 2014!
